We're very happy to announce that we've teamed up with Kickstand to provide free how-to tutorials to help you install parts you've purchased from us.
Kickstand is a local company which aims to help cyclists to work on their own bicycles. Their tutorials are matched to specific components we sell - for example buy a Shimano 9 speed chain from us and we'll send you the tutorial for how to install it. We're providing these for free to say thanks for being an awesome customer :-)
If you'd like to do more of your own maintenance and repair work we think these tutorials will be very useful to you.
Currently we're offering tutorials to cover most Shimano mountain bike components such as cranks, bottom brackets, disc brakes, and drivetrain parts. Over the next few months the number of tutorials will increase to cover SRAM mountain bike as well as road components, and the tutorials will be closely integrated into our shopping cart system.
